Bernasconi manager of Dollmar, who, after having supplied its nanotechnology
based products to Metalplast company located in Poggio Berni (Rn), and thanks
to the engineering skills of Andrea Paganelli (the owner of Metalplast customer
coaters company), invent the Soft Rain, an extraordinary atomising equipment
which, through a single small ramp arranged at the outlet of an existing tunnel
of metal pre-treatment to the coating (where the dispensing of phosphate
solutions by the existing ramps is suspended), creates a mist of chemical
conversion of the substrate, inside which go the pieces for the treatment,
saving as almost 70% of the nanotechnology-based solution compared to its
traditional spraying process. Bernasconi technologically improved the process
adding the innovative Prometeus.
Also Euroimpianti, company located in Valeggio sul
Mincio (Vr), put on the market the Nebula equipment, similar to the one
described above (but when he finds out the snag of Prometheus, it will sell
plenty of them, as it is cheaper than the other.
