Leading coating process to 4.0 industry

This promotion made in Italy regarding 4.0 Industry (concept invented by Germans) it’s quite interesting, a promotion that would like to characterize advanced manufacturing’s development, for the industrial survival in our globalized world: also Anver, therefore, wants to do of the serial coating, in this sense, a European industry’s competence center and an international industry’s reference point. It wants to push to automate loading and unloading of the pieces on the conveyor, which is the missing point of computerized automation in the industrial coating technology. It won’t be as many says that the plant’s total computer-based automation “will strengthen its competitiveness in the international scenario”, but it would have some modest and great benefits:

  • It would reduce the cost of manual operations
  • It would finally complete Anver’s associative motto: “Coating is automation”
  • It would qualify human capital - manual workers - educated in the principles of automation, as a central power which will enable innovative technology, improving therefore their professionalism (from laborers to generic robotics and automation technicians).

There are several enablers that might solve this problem of the digital transformation of the loading and unloading of the pieces on single or double rail conveyor, but those better skilled are Hubo Automation, that is beginning to industrialize this operative breakthrough, and the CMA Robotics, that has anthropomorphous robots capable of reading the placement of the hanger’s hook or the pieceholder skids, by hooking them to the conveyor, as they are similarly capable of reading the ones leaving the curing oven (which they detach and deposit in the appropriate area). Hubo Automation has already automatically performed a number of loading and unloading of pieces that were always of constant size and shape, or with modest differences, from a coating line.
