High quality new coatings formulated with carbon nanotubes

After the success of Caldart Vernici, with the collaboration of the Politecnico of Milano and the subcontractor company Verniciature Bresciane, which use conductive primer based on carbon nanotubes, Anver suggests the Italian leader in the manufacturing of anti-corrosion coatings to formulate these products, which have superior protective qualities.
In fact, tests carried out in laboratories by Anver technicians showed that a coating process with this product has a thickness of 95 um, applied on a standard metal plate and treated with Toran 3 (single stage nanotechnology-based pre-treatment) provides a corrosion resistance of more than 1,500 hours in salt spray chamber - tested in accordance with ISO 9227: a remarkable result. In their pure form carbon nanotubes have exceptional combinations of electrical and technical properties, which allow to replace a large number of traditional applications and to find new applications
Anyone wishing to contact the Italian leaders of these important innovations, can contact (in addition to specialists) to:

  • Massimiliano Bestetti and Annalisa Sironi researchers of Politecnico of Milan
  • Luca Ghizzardi manager of Verniciature Bresciane located in Castegnato (Bs)
  • Paolo Marchesi manager of Caldart Vernici.
