There are few Italian manufacturers of spraying booth for powder coating:
in alphabetical order, CAM, Nixon, Sef Italia, Siver and Zeus, that clash
qualitatively and economically (such as in investment costs) in competition
with foreign manufacturers, which have long been in the Italian market. One of
them of excellent quality, although very compact, occupying minimal space,
ensures high performances and flexibility.
Namely, it has a very
rapid colour change (6 min including cleaning of spray guns) given that, during
the working phase, the suction disc - placed on the bottom - is kept clean by a
rotating ramp which, at programmed intervals, performs cleaning by blowing
through compressed air: it is the MagicDisc by Sef Italia, located in Carate
Brianza.

- reduced space (it does not need to be accessible by operators for cleaning);
- reduced internal volume (with lower intake vacuum volume);
- fully automated colour change;
- lesser thickness uniformity of the powder coatings layer between the high and low part of the piece or of the rack (due to the perimeter suction system);
- quick colour change (3 min + 3 min to clean the spray guns used by the powder centre).
