Basf Coatings, located in Muenster in Germany, acquires Chemetall
(originally a part of the Albemarle Corporation), an international company well
known for manufacturer of surface conversion chemicals for metals products,
among which is the known Oxsilan, based on nanotechnologies.
Since long Anver has informed its readers about the acquisition,
probably because the German corporation needs to include among its products a
set of conversion chemicals with a quality level in compliance with the current
standards of the industry, in the aerospace industry, and in the aluminum and
metal molding sector.
Anver congratulates the technicians and the specialists of Chemetall
Italia, who certainly contributed, with their work, to the excellent evaluation
of the company, which led to the acquisition from the german corporation.
