A dynamic reality dedicated to powder coating process

In the midst of the economic crisis of 2012, entrepreneur Luigi Laghezza decided to open a third party painting in San Vito dei Normanni, in Brindisi’s province. Thus was born the Color Falc, a company that has made the collaboration with suppliers and customers its strength. Axalta Coating Systems has been particularly vital to the flourishing of this family business, thanks to its technical and organizational support.

In addition to ensuring speed and quality, Laghezza provides specific skills given by useful knowledge collected during his experience as blacksmith. The plant has been designed specifically to be easy to manage and has a three-stage pre-treatment with phosphor-pickling, a manual painting cabin and a hot air step of polymerization. The oven, which is one of the largest in the region, allows to paint gates and large pieces of carpentry (up to 10.000 x 2.700 x 1.350 mm and 1.500 kg). Although the painting cabin is manual, the system is exploited to the maximum and operations are speeded up in all production’s stages, also thanks to the suspension’s capability to load heavy goods.
