Scaff System dedicated the seminar “Build
with steel: from production to architecture”, which was held December 2, 2016
from 14:30 at the Auditorium of the former Convent of Santa Chiara in Brindisi,
to architects and engineers interested in the use of steel for architectural
projects in areas ranging from residential to commercial and industrial. This
technical-informative meeting was planned to elaborate on the aspects related
to the use of steel and its possible applications in different industries,
among which is the eco-sustainable building industry.
The subject was treated with a
multidisciplinary approach, due to the presence of professionals and companies
among the speakers involved, in order to provide the most complete picture
possible of this material and its characteristics that allow you to create
modular architectural solutions, anti-seismic and characterized by structural
lightness for building yards faster and cheaper. Regarding the aesthetic point
of view, Axalta Coating Systems has presented new powder coatings with special
finishes and colours, especially meant for the enhancement and protection of
metallic surfaces.
