the two lines installed, we had the opportunity to visit their industrial plant
in Colorno, Parma
Is in Wittur’s interest performing yearly improvements to their plant, and that is why they are
committed to optimizing the applied paint’s transfer’s efficiency and
eliminating devoted to retouch’s manpower. Application system "dense
phase" technology has allowed the almost total elimination of manual
retouching, besides allowing precision of application at very low pressures, thanks to a stable and
defined jet. The amount of powder dispensed is independent from the compressed air,
so as to improve the control of thickness and eliminate rebounds. The high flow
rate of each pump allows the use of compact cabins and flexibility in the use of line. The presence of
an anthropomorphic robot ensures precision and saving of powders. The color
change is rapid and almost completely automatic.
