High coating for conifer woods with Sayerlak new primer for outdoor


Sayerlack presents a new product (AM 424/XX), a waterborne primer for window frames which, thanks to the high dry residue (50%), has an high coating power -ideal for finger joint- and it re­duces the swelling of the wood fiber. The innovative formulation is also applied in coating very porous wood like Meranti and the Okumè multi-layers, solving the blowers problem.

The waterborne primer can be applied by spraying through every manual system or automatic and electrostatic plants. The low vi­scosity rehologicals thyxotropic system, ensures an excellent ver­tical hold, a good winding and wetting of the building, by giving an excellent extension to the dried coating film. The excellent sanding ability allows to reduce sanding time and save abrasive paper.
The primer in the catalog with AM 424/XX code is available in the neutral version (NO), white (13) and green (66). The neutral and white versions are pigmentable with the waterborne pastas with XA 2006/XX code from 3% to 5% of percentage in order to obtain the desired color.

For each particular application problem, for every difficult wood, Sayerlak always gives the right solution.
