The information activity on Sirca territory, goes on with
theoretical-practical workshops that take place in the provincial Architects’
Association, thanks to the cooperation with ANVER (which deals with the
contents) and, above all, thanks to the presence on the territory of warehouses
organized as little applicative laboratories where professionals can find the
right customized solution for their projects.
It took
place on November 8th in Pavia
After a
short presentation of the meeting speakers, Patricia Malavolti, spokesperson of
the Association, highlighted the application areas of industrial coatings by
giving also useful informations for the designers; Massimo Duroni,
bio-architect and designer, professor in some well known international design
school, spoke about the relationship between color and mimesis. Andrea
Meregalli, architect of MeregalliMerlo firm, presented some experiences in the
retail industry with a focus on the relationship between color and materials,
between materials and iconic and expository use. Finally, Alberto Tremolada,
Sirca R&D Lab director, presented some innovative textural products from
the "Provocazioni" line, suitable for the application on different
materials.
The
designers have been invited by Rosalba Busso, Marketing&Sales manager of
Sirca and by Francesco Bertuca and Vito Mazza of Berwood & Steel, the
warehouse of the company, located in Sale, in the province of Alessandria, to
attend a practice coating session, in which have been applied some textural
finishes (like the “concrete” and “board” effect) and has been shown to the
professionals the operation of the Colour Passion tinting system, the high
customization and flexibility tool for the final user, who may decide the customised
color, which Sirca warehouses have. The professionals who attended the event,
tried safely to coat.
